Scott Cathcart is a founder and chief executive who builds and operates businesses in complex, regulated, and capital-intensive environments. His work spans pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulated cross-border trade, real assets, and technology-enabled operating systems, with a consistent focus on execution, governance, and scale.
Earlier in his career, Scott held senior leadership roles across global consumer brands, advertising, and entertainment. As a senior executive at agencies including Ogilvy & Mather, BBDO, and J. Walter Thompson, he led strategy and launch execution for major multinational brands including Gillette, Nestlé, Kimberly-Clark, and Morgan Stanley. For Gillette, he directed the North Atlantic strategic marketing platform for the Mach3 razor and led multilingual product launches across the United States, Canada, and 17 European markets.
In the entertainment sector, Scott designed and implemented the launch operating model for all AAA video game titles across the Americas for Ubisoft, one of the world’s leading global game publishers, and advised the company on the restructuring of its internal advertising and launch functions.
Over the course of his career, Scott has served as CEO, Managing Director, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Global Expansion Officer, and Founder across ventures in pharmaceuticals, advanced manufacturing, construction technology, and disaster-relief infrastructure. His work consistently centers on building durable organizations where operational discipline and structural advantage determine long-term outcomes.
